Honey

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Heat up the oven to 150 ÂșC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, quinoa, chia seeds, almonds, cranberries, and chocolate.
  3. In a small saucepan on low heat, add almond butter, honey, coconut oil and pinch of salt until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the almond butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir till evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it with your fingers, until you get a 2-3 cm thick even layer.
  6. Place it in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. The edges might get golden brown.
  7. Once done, let is completely cool down before you cut it.
