Grilled Tuna Tacos

Yellowfin Tuna takes on a wonderful flavour with simple honey and soy sauce marinade, swimming between Asian Slaw and Coriander Salsa make these tacos special!

Coleslaw
Carrot
Purple Cabbage

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Marinate tuna with honey and soy sauce (adjust as per your taste) – refrigerate for at least for 30 minutes.
  2. Shred the carrot and purple cabbage. Mix all the coleslaw ingredients and refrigerate as well for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, in a food processor mix fresh coriander with lime juice, add lime juice as needed in case you need more liquids to get a salsa.
  4. Grill the tuna 3-4 minutes per side to have it still nicely pink inside – slice the tuna while still warm.
  5. Grill each taco wrap until golden brown. But be careful, max. for 1 minute.
  6. On the grilled wrap, spread some coleslaw, add tuna slices and drizzle with coriander salsa.
